The Zenergy Wellness Zone: Reconnect With Your Inner Peace & Balance

Get ready to recharge your body, mind and soul at the Zenergy Wellness Zone – a weekend dedicated to wellbeing which runs alongside this month’s Showcase 24.

Taking place on Saturday October 26th and Sunday October 27th at Bromsgrove School Hospitality Suite, this two-day event offers FREE* expert-led workshops and talks designed to nurture and revitalise. From mindful meditation and crystal healing to sound baths and nutrition, there’s something for everyone looking to reconnect and restore their inner peace.

Those signing up for the taster sessions can explore different approaches to physical, emotional and mental wellness through interactive workshops and selected family-friendly classes to foster relaxation and bonding.

The Wellness Zone is being organised by Bromsgrove-based Zenergy Wellness Studio, which is dedicated to helping people find balance through holistic practices such as meditation, mindfulness and alternative healing. Founded by local couple Sara and Gary Jones, the Birmingham Road studio offers a wide range of services and classes for individuals and businesses.

The Zenergy Wellness Zone promises an inspiring environment to explore new ways to prioritise fitness, mental clarity and emotional balance including:

  • Talks & Workshops: Learn about nutrition, mindfulness and how to live a happier life.
  • Fitness & Meditation Sessions: Dip your toe into Pilates, Tai Chi, yoga and sound bathing for an invigorating and calming experience.
  • Healing & Mindfulness: Explore alternative therapies, such as crystal healing and breathwork to help restore balance.
  • Family-Friendly Activities: Selected sessions for young and old in Tai Chi and family yoga.

Please book your FREE sessions via the tickets tab.

Sara explains: “We believe that everyone should have access to tools that support their wellbeing and this weekend is the perfect opportunity to dip your toe into something you’ve always fancied trying – whether that’s a sound bath, breathwork or crystal healing – without any pressure. It’s about giving yourself the chance to explore new ways of nurturing your body and mind. You might just find something that resonates with you and could even turn into a regular practice or new hobby.

“Our goal is to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable experimenting with new techniques that they can take forward into their everyday lives. We want to bring wellness into the community in a way that feels accessible and inclusive. Come along and learn how to manage stress, explore meditation or just move your body. It’s your chance to reset, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself.”

Dee Hirst, founder of Creative Arts Showcase and Showcase 24, added: “We are thrilled to partner with Zenergy Wellness to expand our offering this year. Bringing together the creative arts and wellness under one roof allows us to celebrate the many ways people can express, heal and nourish their minds and bodies. It will be an enriching experience for those who come along for the weekend.”
